David Gillingham carries out on-site investigations and prepares technical investigation reports in the context of electrical generation, transmission, distribution, and control system failures. David has worked in a number of industries including Oil and Gas, Mining, Municipal Infrastructure, Commercial Buildings, Renewable Energy, and Utilities.

Within these industries, he acquired tremendous experience with both electrical distribution system and control system design. He was responsible too for operations and maintenance, as well as contract administration and project cost control. David is also a proficient educator and mentor.
